Live within a mile or two of the Atlantic and your windows collect a haze that has nothing to do with dust. Onshore wind carries a fine salt mist that dries on the glass and bonds there. Wipe it with a household cleaner and you spread it into streaks. Add irrigation spray from a lawn zone aimed slightly too high and you get hard-water spotting — mineral deposits that dry in place and build up layer on layer.
We wash the salt load off the glass first so nothing is dragged across the surface, then address remaining mineral spotting with a glass-safe process matched to how heavy the deposits are. Deposits left for years can etch glass permanently, and we will tell you that up front rather than take your money and hand you back a cloudy window.

Can you remove the salt film and hard-water spots on my coastal windows?
Yes — those two problems are most of our work on oceanfront and Intracoastal glass. Salt carried in on the wind builds a hazy film that ordinary glass cleaner smears instead of removing, and irrigation spray leaves mineral deposits bonded to the glass. We wash the salt load off first, then treat remaining mineral spotting with the appropriate glass-safe process. Deposits left for years can permanently etch glass, so we tell you honestly what will come off and what won't before we start.
Do you clean window tracks, screens and pool-cage glass too?
Yes. We clean interior and exterior glass, wipe out the tracks and sills where sand and salt collect, and clean screens on request. We also clean pool-cage and screen-enclosure glass, which collects a mix of salt, pollen, and algae on coastal properties. Mention what you have when you call and we'll include it in the estimate.
How often should coastal windows be professionally cleaned?
Oceanfront homes in Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, and Atlantic Beach usually want cleaning every three to four months because salt film comes back fast. A few streets back from the water, twice a year is generally plenty. Further inland — St. Johns, Nocatee, Orange Park — once or twice a year is typical, usually timed around pollen season.
